Venus Missions - What Are These New Missions Going to Learn?

Two new missions to Venus have been approved. The first one is called devince, which is a crazy acronem for deep atmosphere. It's going to go around and probe the atmosphere, but also it's going to dropa dcent sphere that will try to measure what's in the atmosphere. By understanding the exact chemistry of what's going on in the clouds, we can refine our models that try to describe the history of venus.
