The Differences Between Democrats and Republicans in Congress
I think we're still kind of in that stage where most lawmakers are like, look at this bad thing, we have to do something. I don't really think it's necessarily a party-wide division as much as it is a division between lawmakers on both parties. They're a bit more business-friendly and lawmakers that have more of a consumer advocacy focus. But they've always been a bit hesitant to do anything too prescriptive and heavy-handed.
