The best companies operationalize that change manager process. Can I operationalize the change process? All too often enablement is this sort of set of scatter shots stuff. If I put some really nice job documenting what good looks like for my team I put that out in an enablement platform. Who's read the dark thing nobody's read it. Maybe we didn't do a good job packaging it or maybe we need to drive a little more rigor around you know who's accountable for going to pay attention to it. And then lastly one of the most important pieces in place is am I doing it in the real world is it actually happening for real with the customer?"
