The Relationship Between Wales and Wales

The relationship between the Welsh would be union and the regions isn't where it should be. Malcolm Wall didn't give me much confidence last night when I asked that question, Simon. The relationship needs to change. And I think whilst just going back to the models in New Zealand and Ireland, it would be foolish not to look at any models that are deemed to be successful. But it also has to be acknowledgement that any solution has to work in Wales.
