emily, i think that i have been able to lead and manage in a way that's been authentic to me. Anddan, that's one thing that i am really proud of, am teu know,. It's just really important to to create environments for my team despite, you know, even if the organization doesn't necessarily foster some of those values like ampathy and belonging and inclusion. In things like that, i think are really important.
