How Do You Deal With the Admin Crawl?

The best way to write is to not write, in a way. My natural impulse is to work less so i'm always trying to optimi stuff. I wake up and see where i take every seven weeks, you do nothing or whatever you want. The goal for this six week block im in now is like, finish the audio book, re launch the podcast, hire an editor, and then like, the stretch goals, like finds a sponsor for the podcast and the news letter as a way to fun more admen.
