The Parable of the Lost Coin
Salt is good. But if salt has lost its taste, how shall its saltiness be restored? It is fit neither for the land nor for the dung hill. Men throw it away. He who has ears to hear? Let him hear. So therefore, whoever does not renounce all that he has, cannot be my disciple. The Parable of the Lost Sheep. What man of you, having a hundred sheep, doesn't leave the ninety-nine in the wilderness and go after the one which is lost until he finds it? And when he has found it, he lays it on his shoulders rejoicing. Just so, I tell you, there will be more joy in heaven
