You Can't Get a Black Belt Without Relaxing

There are some people like I've rolled with upper belts who still haven't gotten the handle on being able to relax when they roll. You can progress and get a black belt without ever learning the concept of being able to kind of just let your body flow. If you have to think about it, it's already a problem. It's probably too late. But if they take that and sit with it, this is the thing I think valuable because I've very much similar.
