How to Create a Repetitive and Predictable Learning System
When you add a lot of steps to a system, then they focus on keeping the system in place. So think about it as creating a roadmap for getting from home to wherever you need to go and helping your learner or even you create a system that's going to help you get there. If you can set up the steps and then use those steps, it will be very effective. Systems should be repetitive and predictable.
