Is Your Salary Going Up Because of Inflation?

Because if it hasn't, I've got some bad news. Inflation is bananas right now, more than 8% for those of us who are based in the United States. So you need to be getting at least 8% or 9% increase in your salary this year Just to keep up with the fact that the cost of living is rising at an incredibly fast paceright now.
