I think the opportunity now is to figure out, well, you can have these things. These semi-permanent structures everywhere, which is what people have done. And it's going to require the city coming up with ways to actually engage zoning and legislation and safety concerns. But there's something wonderful about that opportunity. It has really helped bring the city back in ways that I don't think anybody ever expected.
