The Threats of Narcissism

I think we have always been narcissistic, but it seems like we are products of the culture that we live in and the sort of social norms that we have. I don't believe a kind of essential human nature that has always been narcissistic. There doesn't seem to be any kind of solidifying bond in the political discourse. We should not be too soft on narcissism.
