With 136 federal judges confirmed, Biden has now surpassed President Trump, Obama and George W. Bush up to this point in their presidencies. Two thirds of those nominees are women and two thirds are people of color. What's so striking is diversity in terms of ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, and especially experience in ideology.
