The traditional method would be something like this. Student comes into a school, they do a trial class and maybe they sign up. They go through a process oriented step by step approach to learning the skill. And that would be your typical class. Now the issue with that is almost none of it is aligned with how people learn to develop new skills. I mean warming up for examples, largely a complete waste of time. Your body doesn't know the difference between rolling, running, jumping or even just standing and placing shaking furiously.
