I'm not aware of any culture on the anthropological record or historical record where women have been more into casual sex than men. I think if you're flipping a coin a thousand times and it comes up heads every time, the chances of it being just down to the sort of chance of politics and socialization seemed extremely low to me. With evolutionary psychology, it ascribes motives and attitudes to people that are incredibly cynical and also don't separate human beings from animals. Some people find it bad news that it's very hard to change women's propensity to be unhappy after casual sex versus men. If you push any kind of cultural narrative as many people have done then that's very unwelcome as well
