The first step is to connect with a realtor in your area and get an idea of what you need to do to get where you want to go. The next step after that is once you connect with the professional, for me personally, I'm going to connect with my lender. And then we're going to figure out the numbers like you were mentioning earlier kind of alluding to some of the numbers and what it actually ends up being over time. Then we get to have fun and go look at properties and whatnot.
