The Visceral Experience of Grounding

I was a cowboy so I always wore leather sold shoes cowboy boots with leather sold and whenever I would put on a pair of tennis shoes my feet would start to sweat and they were always hot. One time when I was young there was a one of these same families there was a young girl girl that was probably eight or nine you know you're younger who had contracted scarlet fever. They took her home and one of the elders dug a little pit in the ground maybe a foot deep and put a little straw in it and then they built a fire next not too far away, put the little girl in there and covered her up with a blanket. About three or four days days later she's
