The Pros and Cons of Personal Training

I don't even consider myself a bio mechanist. I look at a very niche level of mechanics specific to resistance training. It's like there becomes a point where I have to be specific so that I don't accidentally, you know, attack or offend anybody that this doesn't apply to. And the other, the other counterpoint is it does great for engagement. People just rotating because they don't taking the time to actually understand anything behind it.
