Cell Phones Made the Change

In 1979, Angola prison was known as the most corrupt police department in the United States. Cell phone camera made the change. Because it could prove something. The camera body cams that all made the change too. It's always been on the move now. We would have more problems probably being robbed by a cop than a criminal. Tourists had problems being robbed by cops more than by criminals. But because of cell phones now, somebody across the street that's noticing me rape in this woman can now report me with guards turning the other way. Wow. A tourist. There are no problems.
