Do You Know How Much Volume Is Per Muscle Group?

When building out a training programe i like to set up all the different muscle groups, so we've got everything listed top to bottom. So it's like quods, hamstrings, gluts, am calves and chest, back, shoulders. And then at the end of that weekly training block, i'll be able to see, icay, how many sets have i actually done on each of these to kind of give me a good fuel for what's the volume like per muscle? Sorry, it kind of usually lands right in about these numbers. For some of our advanced programms, it might be a 15 up to 25 am, you know, sets on a muscle group.
