When we talk about net revenue per FTE or employee full-time equivalent if you're not familiar with the FTE that's the number we want to divide it's that net service net income. It gives you a sense of because that's another the architecture profession there's lots of statisticsLots of surveys and you have to know the relevance to where you are in your practice and how to best what to measure but that's a that's a reasonably good one. The notion of it is if you're going to add somebody I need to be generating probably another 130 000 if that's my number so it all ties back to capacity planning and that anytime.
