The Environmental Protection Agency concluded that using human hair testing may be more appropriate than blood or urine samples for evaluating trace minerals. Hair test also can detect heavy metal toxicity, which is always really fascinating. The thing you want to consider with getting a hair test done is you want to make sure that the lab doesn't have weird hair washing processes.
