Air Cigarette Smoking on Board a Flight on a Chinese Airlines Flight

This is seemingly as cause as we'll get, but it's a pretty damning report. I don't think we're really ever going to see a definitive, final investigation report issued by the french authorities. This was a thing that possibly happened. If it did indeed happen like this, it's kind of unthinkable that there are still airlines out there that let flight crews smoke on board the aircraft. That's insane that it's still a thing. But that the crew can still let in, can still do that in close proximity to oxygen, which is just crazy.
