The Fed's Slow Response to Inflation

I applaud the Fed as well as the government, the fiscal on the fiscal side for responding so quick. What took months to do during a financial crisis happened in days or weeks during COVID. But I think it's pretty clear that the inflation threat was underestimated. And some of the inflation that we're still seeing today maybe still comes from that. It does mean that the Fed should have normalized policy sooner.
