Exercise is just the idea of going is moving and burning calories, right? And that concept is pretty, pretty basic, pretty easy in almost anybody can do it in any order. But to move your body, make it change, build muscle, burn body fat, sculpt your physique, increase performance, require some level of understanding of training.
