An event driven system would be the best fit for such a scenario. That's why computer scientists came with the idea of PubSub back in the 90s. Is it new? No. Is it useless? Of course not. Is it amazing? Yes. But proposing this as the ultimate novelty is misleading and very wrong conceptually.
