The key here is consistency, in that you do have some guide lines and some structure that allows the group to be more effective. Oftentimes guys in relationships think they should put more energy into their relationship but this can be further from the truth. Often what you need is to be around other strong, like minded men to hold you accountable to what you know you need to do. That masculine energy is very powerful and very uplift for a man who especially is struggling with nice guy behaviors inside of his relationship.
