The Third Circuit's Decision in Groff's Case

Gerald Groff is an evangelical Christian who believes that Sundays should be reserved for rest and prayer. He started working for the US Postal Service in 2012, and when the Postal Service entered agreement to deliver packages for Amazon on Sundays, he was told he couldn't take Sabbath off anymore. The court essentially rewrote what undue hardship really means under the law.
