The Benefits of Mechanistic Science

I have a lot of extremely humane colleagues who realize the value of the somewhat mechanistic science that we have, and I'm not saying it has no value. And as to whether or not science can ever explain certain things, I would say not unless when expanded the meaning of science to include things that science at the moment doesn't allow itself to include. They just get rather hurt if you say, but it's not the machine. So, yes, let's reeducate doctors or change the way in which they're educated.
