What Is the Transition From Individuals to Teams?
I thought I was going to be studying micro-cognition in a laboratory. And then that wasn't your path at all. Yeah, I always had some really applied interests and starting with the fighter pilots. You know, that was pretty applied. The knowledge elicitation work correctly followed the fighter pilot work because we were trying to figure out what the right stuff was. How do you elicit knowledge that a fighter pilot knows? And so that led to the interest in knowledge elicitation. If you can believe long ago using the Gum Winston's book and learning about expert systems. That kind of also primed the pump for more work on knowledge elicitation as well.
