Do You Know What It Takes to Lead a Team?

Yi: I started leading people before i was legally able to drink in this country, and managing million dollars in resources. And so again, taking that those skills and those abilities and understanding what it looks like to lead people is a big part of my job. Yi: Not many people outside of the military can say that they've been Leading teams for 25 plus years,. You know, you know, in their mid forties. So i think it's, again, it's those crucial things that people don't, i says people veterans don't realize that they have those skills.
