Is There a Willingness to Learn?

The data shows that Gen Z tests slightly lower than millennials and entitlement. They feel a sense of agency, like I mentioned, they go, I got to get after this. The young geniuses have an intuition on where the world is going. That's faster than you and I have. And we would be really wise, generally, generationally to learn from those who are younger.
