Last week we saw that there was no real acute benefit to consuming a ketogenic diet as far as cognitive performance is concerned. There are other data suggesting kito could be useful in other populations, such as obese participants if they would lose weight and elderly people who aren't really processing their carbohydrates very well. And so what i want to do this week is cover some of the knocon effects, some of the variables that citogenic diet's influence on brain function. All these variables can havei ipact indirectly on your brain performance.
