The Importance of User-Centered Design

David: How you perceive your user to be isn't perhaps all the time how your users actually are. So having a user-centered design would certainly be the way of tackling that. But yeah, there is a lot of ambiguities as I've come to learn over the last year or so. He's trying to find out who could potentially get hurt by the things we are building. And he's found this area of anxiety where people are being triggered by different interface elements and they're being triggered.
