How to Refund a Flight After a Bereavement
Marie booked two return flights to Oman with the intention of spending Christmas there. Two days later, she was informed that the flights had been cancelled and offered a full refund as the cancellation was at the initiative of the airline. Since then, after multiple contact with the company and being fobbed off many a times, I am still waiting for a refund. There is no appeal, there is no manager I can talk to, I always get the same response. In this circumstances, I wonder how long is reasonable to expect the company to take to refund a flight?
