How to Climb Perfectly

I want to hear how you think about that with adults and what your recommendations or philosophy is around repeating moves until they become automatic. It's a rare person that does the same climb that they can do over and over and over again, trying to perfect it like that perfect repeats thing. And yeah, projecting is the way that most people get this. If they're not too hard, you have moves would are called in the learning zone. The learning zone is something that we can do with high focus and that are not too out of range so that the demands placed on us don't match up with our skill set.
