The Importance of Design Leadership

The conference is aimed at design leaders to help sort of tackle some of these problems. I think there's clearly a need for that step now into educating the people who have been design managers. The dual role of design leader and design manager seems to me anyway to be very new for these conferences. We're already sort of about two thirds sold out.
