Change Can Be Challengesome for Schoolteachers
Change can be challenging for a lot of people. We've identified three areas where this can particularly be a challenge for schoolteachers. The first one is when the people who are asked to implement the change don't really understand what the purpose of the change is. Second one, sometimes people question the value of the change. And then the third one that people have seen change in your environment perhaps before and they say well it's this great new thing - but we know it's not going to be followed through.
