In a theoretical world in which you could hire sort of all the auditors and red teams and sort of pen testers into your own company? Would you see that as better or do you actually feel like the program gives you something that is more than no practical results based payments? That's a great question. I was just going to say it's beautiful because even when I bring in any new hire within the first month, I try to get time with them in a one on one basis for the same exact reason. Getting that dialogue with folks in the organization is huge.
