The Challenges of Narrative Identity Studies

Monisha: I think there's a real difference in going back to what we talked about earlier with this idea of like there is this thing called a narrative identity that people carry around with them and reproduce. We're looking at the act of narration as an integrative process. Monisha: My guess is that it's not truly a novel task for people. They just however, it probably is a rarer task to sit down and do a two and a half hour life story interview.
