The Ecclesial Ministry
There's a diversity of ministry, but a unity of mission. The laity are made to share in the priestly prophetical and kingly office of Christ. They have their own assignment in the mission of the whole people of God. Remember as St. Paul's writing to the early church, this is, this already existed in the early church.
