The Power of Speaking at a Conference

I love that I would like to keep exploring how can we bring in the arts more to the conference. It just a little too predictable and boring to have like talks and then worship talks, worship proctor. So he even like street hymns doing a spoken word where he had the thing with the audience was participating with with the lights and everything. One of the questions that somebody asked from the audience was, why do you think that it's like 95% white the audience? And then it got me thinking and how do we change that because I don't want that at all.
