Is Async a Project Management Tool?
I always say that async needs to be clear and concise, thoughtful. But I also try other mediums like recording a loom. So then I will record a new process, explain it and then just send it. And then the person can just read it instead of having to call a meeting for that. Ojio messages, I like as well. My preference has changed from organization to organization. There's still a lot of software development to happen there.
