Is the Defence Going to Play on That Bull?
The defence is pushing as one line of argument that the witnesses are not to be believed because they have a financial motive. It's not clear how much that's going to carry sway with the jury. In theory, and i would imagine that the judge would instruct the jury, at the defence's request, not to consider wealth or the lavishness of one's life style against maxwell. But it's not entire entirely clear to me yet in what direction the defense is going to take that line of argument.
