Is There Any Terrorism After Nine 11?

After 9/11, Americans were conceptualizing the fight against terrorism as a war on terror. The executive branch was sure that they were the ones who were responsible for any more terrorist attacks. And so we see therefore, this, like i said, manicein a language where it's like, we're the good guys, they're the bad guys. We'll fight theen everywhere. We'll find them everywhere and get rid of it. 20 years on, because there's no deliberatie capacity, because no one really thought ibout how to operationalize that effectively, we have a forever war at this point.
