When was it clear that unless we acted this could be a really deadly pandemic? In january. The alarm bells a were ringing, and china did their equivalent of the shut down. We've got to get organized, because we have this novel respiratory vyrus whose infectiousness and fatality put it in that super scary range. And so what did happeni? Such a mystery to me.
