The Impossible Perpetual Motion Machine

All perpetual motion machines violate the laws of thermodynamics and so are impossible. Perpetual motion machines that claim to produce energy that's usable and still run themselves forever are somehow more than 100% efficient. They're there perpetually maintaining their own motion plus producing an output of energy. Impossible cannot be done.
