e m i, the music label boasting acts like radiohead, paul mcartney and janet jackson. It was struggling at the time, and hands bought it up in a three billion dollar deal. The financing we did was based on us doing a securitisation of the royalty streams we were going to get in future. We couldn't repay our bank, and they eventually seized the business back from us. And two sand and 11 execution, i don't think was particularly great.
