I think we should pay much more for the people who are big and high up in the NHS. You should get someone who used to run ICI or something, because the NHS will be a bigger organization than their last one. By definition, it implies more people than the Red Army. It's 1.4 million people work for the NHS. I don't know much about wine other than what people have taught me over the years,. which is like, I know ABC, which is anything but Chardonnay.
