Reverse norti curls have become a staple of my training now that i've started training in my basement instead of in a gym. It's kind of the same thing i've been talking about for years with the ham strings and the squat, but in reverse. You can get just a great quadrucep stimulus without spinal loading - even if you don't have access to a leg press or a hack squat machine.
